We maintain comprehensive business insurance appropriate to office work, on-location filming, production, and post-production. Evidence for venues, schools, and corporate procurement is below.

Insurer: Zurich Insurance Company Ltd
Policy period: 3 October 2025 – 2 October 2026
Territorial limits: Worldwide (Area 3), including UK/Europe and premises-based activities

Core Liability Cover

  • Employers’ Liability: £10,000,000 (any one occurrence)
  • Public & Products Liability: £10,000,000 (any one accident; £250 excess)
  • Liability for property in our custody or control: £2,000,000 ( £250 excess )

Production & Equipment Cover

  • Hired-in / loaned equipment: up to £150,000 (typical excess £250)
  • Hired-out equipment: up to £80,000 (typical excess £250)
  • Owned equipment (Area 2 – UK/Europe): as scheduled (see evidence doc)
  • Props, Sets & Wardrobe: £20,000 (excess £100)
  • Location / Office contents: £5,000 (excess £100)
  • Portable equipment (laptops, tablets, etc.): £20,000 (excess £100)
  • Mobile phones: £5,000 (excess £100)
  • Business interruption (Increased Cost of Working, 12 months): £75,000 (excess £250)

Production Insurance (Per-production & Annual)

  • “All Risks” Film Negative/Video (incl. faulty stock/processing/cameras)
    • £200,000 any one production (nil excess)
    • £500,000 annual aggregate (nil excess)
  • Producers’ Indemnity (incl. cast & extra expenses):
    • £200,000 any one production ( £1,000 excess )
    • £500,000 annual ( £1,000 excess )
