We start by listening
Before we touch a camera, we need to understand what success looks like for you. In a focused creative discovery session, we align on three things: the one key message your video must communicate, the audience you’re trying to reach, and the business metric you’re trying to move.

This is the “boring but vital” stage that separates professionals from amateurs. We take care of everything: location scouting, talent coordination, crew scheduling, equipment planning, and call sheets.
Your only job is to show up. We’ll tell you where, when, and what to wear.

Shoot day. Our crews are experienced, efficient, and know how to put nervous interviewees at ease. We work quickly without rushing, capture more than we need, and keep disruption to your business to an absolute minimum.

The “Ugly First Draft”—then the polish
Here’s where we differ from other agencies. Before we invest time in colour grading, sound design, and finishing, we share the “Ugly First Draft”—a rough cut focused purely on story and structure.
It’s ungraded. The sound isn’t mixed. But the narrative is there. This gives you a steering wheel early, so we can refine the story before locking the edit. Two rounds of revisions are included, then we polish to perfection.
