Arc Media
Two Geotab customer stories in London for a Canadian agency: Go-Ahead London’s buses, then BT Openreach.
Arc Media asked for a talking-head shoot in London “in the ballpark of the AlTi sample” on our site, with eight days’ notice. Seven months later they came back for a second Geotab story, at the same scale, this time with BT Openreach. Both came in under the quote.
01Shoot one
Go-Ahead London, 28 November 2025.
A working bus garage in Stockwell: interviews, then B-roll of the buses, the drivers and the operations floor.
Arc flew in its director and DP from Canada. We supplied the producer, Meg Amos, with a camera operator, a sound recordist and a gaffer: two RED Komodo 6Ks, an Easyrig instead of a gimbal, key and fill with tube lights, and sound with timecode to both cameras. Call at half eight.
Eight days was too short for a council permit, so the B-roll stayed handheld, on site, with a small crew. Our producer dumped the cards onto Arc’s drives on location.
02Shoot two
BT Openreach, 2 July 2026.
Geotab’s story with Openreach: fleet data, engineer safety, and the move to electric vans.
Interviews at BT’s headquarters at One Braham in Aldgate, through building security and the loading dock, and a Camden street filming permit for the roads around BT Tower. Isabella Bazoni produced for us; Arc’s producer-director and DP flew in and scouted for two days first.
We matched Arc’s RED Komodo-X with a second Komodo, lit with an Aputure 1200D, two panels and frames, and supplied the risk assessments and PAT certificates BT needed. It came in under the quote: no spark or separate recce needed in the end.
