Offline Editing Services

Picture Conform & Mastering

We take the locked offline cut and rebuild it with full-res media, ensuring frame-accuracy, synced audio, and spec-ready timelines. Whether we’re working from an XML, EDL or project handover, we prep the final picture cleanly for delivery, grade, or both.

Shot Cleanup & Reframing

We tidy up rough transitions, remove flash frames or burn-ins, and reframe shots to match campaign layouts. This is where we finesse the visual flow — fixing the little things that get missed in offline.

Supers, Captions & End Cards

We build in all the overlays and text that finish the film: from title cards and CTAs to animated supers and end slates. If you’re versioning for multiple regions, platforms, or languages, we’ll prep every variation with clean, consistent design.

Relinking & Grade Prep

We relink to high-resolution media, clean up the timeline, and prep for grading in Resolve or your preferred platform. We handle all transcoding, proxies, and prep in-house, so you get a seamless pipeline into colour and sound.

Multi-Aspect Ratio Exports

We deliver campaign masters across formats — from 16:9 hero cuts to vertical and square versions for social. If you’ve got supers or text layers, we’ll reframe and reposition everything so it looks great on every platform.

Broadcast & Platform Delivery

We’re fluent in specs — from EBU R128 and Clearcast to ProRes exports and file-naming conventions. If you need slates, clock numbers, split audio stems or M&E mixes, we’ll deliver masters that meet platform standards the first time, no back-and-forth needed.

How We Work

We’re built to deliver final picture fast and clean, whether we’re working solo or alongside your in-house team. Here’s how most clients work with us:

1. Remote Online Editing

Most of our projects run fully remote. You hand over the offline or XML, we handle conform, polish and delivery, with review links via Frame.io, Vimeo, or WeTransfer.

2. Studio-Based Sessions (on request)

Need to sit in? We edit from trusted London studios as needed, ideal for agency sign-offs or tight-turnaround TVCs.

3. Cloud Review Workflows

We’ll host feedback via Frame.io or Vimeo, making it easy to comment, review, and approve versions without version fatigue.

4. Handoff to Grade or Sound

Finishing elsewhere? No problem. We’ll prep and deliver full project folders, relinked timelines, XMLs, ProRes masters, and cue sheets — ready for the next stage.

5. Multiple Platform Deliverables

From one cut, we’ll export every version you need, widescreen, square, vertical — all spec-compliant, all ready to upload.

Here Now Films is always my first call when filming internationally in the UK. This was my second time working with them, and once again, they delivered above and beyond. On our most recent trip, they supported us a phenomenal key production assistant throughout the UK and a great DP in Manchester (a new city for us). They matched the exact camera and lighting kit I use back in the States keeping things consistent for our brand.

What really stood out this time was the support from our key PA. He personally ushered me and my U.S.-based DP to every single shoot location throughout the week, and even drove me from London to Manchester. Always on time, if not early, and an excellent driver. I’ve always been uncomfortable driving on the opposite side of the road when traveling internationally, so that accommodation made a huge difference.

The first time we worked together in London, they provided a full crew and both shoots ran flawlessly. Communication is always smooth, the team is kind, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. Most importantly, our clients are always happy when they’re involved.
