What We Deliver

Synced Rushes

We sync audio and video with timecode or waveform, organise footage by scene or shoot day, and label everything clearly. We can deliver in edit-ready formats or for archive.

Transcoded Proxies

We generate lightweight proxies for remote editing, offline workflows, or fast cloud reviews. We support Premiere, Resolve, and Avid workflows with consistent settings.

Metadata & Logging

We add timecode, clip names, camera roll info, shoot dates and notes so your editor doesn’t have to dig. We can work from camera reports or generate logs in-house.

Cloud Delivery

We send via Frame.io, Dropbox, or your own system — neatly zipped and clearly labelled, ready to drag into your NLE.

Dailies are often the least glamorous but most essential part of post-production. And because every shoot is different, from formats and sync methods to turnaround times, we get a lot of questions about how it all works.

Here are some of the most common things people ask us before a dailies project kicks off, plus a few things we might ask you to make sure everything runs smoothly.

What are dailies in post-production?

Dailies are the unedited video and audio files captured during a shoot, prepared for immediate viewing or editing. In professional post-production, dailies are typically synced (audio with video), labelled, logged, and sometimes transcoded into proxy formats. They allow directors, editors, and producers to review footage quickly and begin the editing process with clean, organised media, often delivered the same day or next day after filming.

Do you sync audio and video for us?

Yes, we provide full audio-to-video sync as part of our dailies service. We use timecode syncing where available, or waveform-based syncing when timecode is absent. All synced clips are clearly labelled, sorted by scene or shoot day, and delivered in edit-ready folders. We can also customise the file structure or naming conventions to match your preferred workflow.

Can you create proxies for remote editing?

Absolutely. We generate lightweight, high-quality proxy files optimised for remote or longform editing workflows. Proxies are compatible with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Avid Media Composer. Each proxy is matched to its high-resolution source via metadata and timecode, ensuring seamless relinking later. We deliver proxies via cloud platforms like Frame.io, Dropbox, or your preferred system.

How fast can we get our dailies?

We offer same-day or overnight delivery for most dailies projects, depending on when we receive the footage. If your rushes are uploaded by early afternoon, we can usually deliver synced, transcoded, and organised media by the end of the day. For overnight dailies, we work through the evening to ensure they’re ready for editors first thing in the morning. Urgent turnaround? Just let us know, we’re used to working fast.
