Here Now Films is always my first call when filming internationally in the UK. This was my second time working with them, and once again, they delivered above and beyond. On our most recent trip, they supported us a phenomenal key production assistant throughout the UK and a great DP in Manchester (a new city for us). They matched the exact camera and lighting kit I use back in the States keeping things consistent for our brand.

What really stood out this time was the support from our key PA. He personally ushered me and my U.S.-based DP to every single shoot location throughout the week, and even drove me from London to Manchester. Always on time, if not early, and an excellent driver. I’ve always been uncomfortable driving on the opposite side of the road when traveling internationally, so that accommodation made a huge difference.

The first time we worked together in London, they provided a full crew and both shoots ran flawlessly. Communication is always smooth, the team is kind, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. Most importantly, our clients are always happy when they’re involved. What charity video production experience do you have?

Here Now Films London has spent the last 5 years delivering standout videos for London’s best loved charities. For us, it’s why we do what we do! Last year alone our charity films directly helped raise over £1.7 million in charitable donations and were seen thousands of times. We don’t make a distinction between a brand like airbnb and a charity, for us, the objective is still the same, make the best film that connects directly with their audience!

How much does a charity video cost?

A charity film can cost anywhere from £3,500-£50,000 depending on the complexity and scale of the production. We are very flexible on price with all of our charity partners! We will often deliver what you need, for what you can afford. If you’d like a quote for an upcoming charity film in London or further afield, just get in touch, we can help!

How long does it take to produce a charity video?

A charity video can take anywhere between a few days to a few months to produce. It all depends on what you need! We can be ready to shoot within 2-3 weeks of our initial conversation and can get an edit done within 3-6 days!

How involved can we be in the production process?

Here Now has a tried and tested process to help and involve our charity clients at every step of the production.

We help tighten up briefs, write scripts, and get sign off on almost every major creative decision before we turn up and shoot.

We send our clients an ‘ugly first draft’, this is effectively a very rough first draft (no music, no colour, very rough) to make sure the story is heading in the right direction.

We also have a number of amendment rounds where you can steer the final tweeks of the film.

What equipment do you use?

We own all the equipment we need to deliver high end productions in-house. This means we deliver the same standard of production for our charity partners as we do for our high end branded clients. So, whether it’s 6k cameras or top spec lights and sound recording equipment, we’ve got you covered.

Do you have the necessary insurance for charity videos?

We work with some of London’s biggest charities! Many of these charities require us to be over insured to work with them to make sure that even the impossible is covered. You can rest assured that we have the necessary insurance, no matter the production.
