About the Role

Here Now Films London is hiring a dedicated Producer to lead one of the most ambitious ongoing video projects we’ve ever taken on — a high-volume, high-profile content series centred around inspirational stories in sport, wellness, and personal growth.

You’ll be the operational and creative backbone of this production — owning timelines, guiding pre-production, overseeing filming days, and managing the complex post schedule. Working alongside a second producer and a team of editors, your job is to keep the entire workflow aligned, efficient, and excellent.

This is an embedded role. You’ll be working on a single production stream, producing upwards of 30–40 films per month once fully scaled, and coordinating all logistics, client comms, and delivery processes with support from the wider Here Now team.

Responsibilities

• Project management: Own timelines, shoot calendars, and delivery pipelines
• Pre-production: Secure crew, locations, and equipment; build schedules; liaise with clients and talent
• On-location leadership: Oversee interview shoots across the UK; manage shoot days; ensure creative consistency
• Client communication: Act as a point of contact; field questions, approvals, and change requests professionally and promptly
• Post-production coordination: Manage edit schedules, feedback cycles, and delivery logistics for 30+ films/month
• Workflow ownership: Help refine and scale internal systems, style guides, and crew tracking processes as the project evolves

Desirable Experience

• 3–5+ years producing branded or documentary video content
• Previous experience managing high-output, recurring formats or content series
• Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Frame.io, and project trackers like Trello or Notion
• Confident working across Slack, Zoom, and email in a client-facing role
• London-based with flexibility for travel to shoots across the UK
