We’re Here Now Films, a video production company headquartered in London. There’s no such thing as a corporate film: the label just lets everyone off the hook. It’s a film, and it has to hold whoever’s watching as well as any documentary or brand film. So we make brand films and micro-documentaries for enterprises, scale-ups and start-ups. Films your board will sign off, your investors will respect and your next customer won’t scroll past. Shot in London, New York, or wherever you are.

Nevis × Focus

Announcement film · 3 minutes · Upper East Side, New York · September 2026

Focus Financial Partners chose Nevis as the AI platform for its whole business, and Nevis asked us for the film that would tell the industry. Twelve days after Mark Swan’s first email we were filming in a panelled library on the Upper East Side, dressed from empty for the afternoon.

Three interviews of about half an hour each, then the three of them in conversation on five cameras. The questions went over in advance and nobody read a line. Five cuts in eight days, reviewed by both firms, and the final film 22 days after the shoot.

Lead film

The Purpose of Wealth

Brand film series · three films · Southwark and New York · October 2025

AlTi’s advisors, family governance specialists and senior leadership on what wealth is for, and on what the industry rarely says out loud: family conflict, the burden of inheritance, generational guilt. One day in Southwark and two in New York, cut into three films.

It was our third production for AlTi. Four of the six were filmed in New York.

The Future of AI in Wealth Management

Nancy Curtin hosted Phil Dundas, AlTi’s CTO, and Mark Swan of Nevis in a daylight loft on West 24th Street: three cameras, a structure and no script, with production led in New York by our producers and a New York crew. That September, Mark brought us back for Nevis.

The film that launched AlTi’s Social Progress Index, which measures wellbeing, rights and opportunity across 170 countries. Michael Green of the Social Progress Imperative in Midtown Manhattan and London, the data visualisation built in London, and the premiere at Davos.

The other three: This is AlTi, the brand film that started it in 2024; an internal animation turned round in 13 days; and an announcement film for AlTi’s own people.

Company films

JA Brooks, 100 Years of Trust

Centenary film · London and Essex · 2025

A hundred years of a London mechanical services firm, told by the welders, fabricators, designers and families who work there, some of them for more than 40 years. Filmed in the Pod factory and on live London sites, in three acts: spirit, history and family.

Since its launch in summer 2025 it has done four jobs for JA Brooks: internal comms, the centenary events, new-business pitches and recruitment.

How a corporate film gets made here

The people on camera are talking, not reading. You can hear the difference.

The brief

One page before anyone mentions cameras: what the film has to say, who it’s for, and who signs it off.

Questions, not lines

We write questions and send them ahead. Nobody on Nevis × Focus read a word, and AlTi’s fireside chat had a structure and no script.

Legal, early

Your legal team sees the questions before the shoot and the cuts after it. Toast’s did both, and asked for substantiation behind every figure said on camera.

The day

Built around the diaries of the people on camera: one afternoon on the Upper East Side for three executives, two days at Endava’s City headquarters for three more.

The edit

An Ugly First Draft comes first: structure only, ungraded and unmixed, so the story is right before the polish goes on. Then grade and sound with our post team, and cuts for every place the film runs.

What a corporate film costs

We publish prices because it saves everyone a week. What moves the number is shoot days, cities, how many people are on camera and how many versions the edit has to produce.

Shoot only

£2,690a day, anywhere in the UK

A two-person crew for one day: camera and sound, lit and recorded properly, with 4K footage for your own edit or agency.

A corporate film

£9,500most land up to £25,000

One film from brief to delivery: questions or script, the shoot, edit, grade, sound and cuts for social. Every production we make starts here.

In New York

$20,000most land up to $75,000

New York crews, booked and run by our producers. Work across several cities or countries is scoped from the brief.

The first call, the treatment and the estimate cost nothing.

“The team are collaborative, creative and reliable. They have executed both projects to a supremely high standard and we are all delighted with the results.”

Questions

What is a corporate film?

A film a company makes for the people it answers to: its staff, investors, customers and partners. Announcements, launches, leadership films, fireside chats and customer stories are all corporate films. We’d go further: there’s no such thing as a corporate film, only a film, and it has to hold whoever’s watching as well as any documentary or brand film. So ours are made the way we make brand films and micro-documentaries: real people talking rather than reading, in the places where the work actually happens.

How much does a corporate video cost in the UK?

Every production we make starts at £9,500, and most single corporate films land between that and £25,000. A shoot-only day, with a two-person crew for camera and sound, is £2,690. In New York, productions start at $20,000. What moves the number is shoot days, cities, how many people are on camera and how many versions the edit has to produce. Work across several cities is scoped from the brief, and the first call and the estimate cost nothing.

Do we need a different production company in each country?

No. Our producers run the shoot wherever it is and book the local crew themselves. Four of AlTi Tiedemann Global’s six productions were filmed in New York with New York crews, and Nevis × Focus was shot on the Upper East Side the same way. For Toast’s story in British Columbia we booked a Vancouver crew, briefed them with our shot list and directed the interviews live from London. Where flying a crew adds nothing to the film, you shouldn’t be paying for flights.

Can you work with our legal and compliance teams?

Yes, and it goes better when they’re in from the start. Toast’s legal team reviewed our questions and shot lists before each shoot and the transcripts and cuts after it, and asked for substantiation behind any figure said on camera. For AimHi Earth’s film with PepsiCo, language and claims were agreed with PepsiCo before the first interview. Nevis × Focus went through five cuts in eight days, reviewed by both firms. NDAs are standard.

Our executives only have an hour. Is that enough?

Usually, if the day is built around them. Nevis × Focus was one afternoon: three interviews of about half an hour each, then the three executives in conversation. We light the set before anyone senior arrives and send the questions ahead, so their time goes on answers.

How do you film a fireside chat or a Q&A?

Like a brand film, with the conversation left alone. AlTi’s fireside chat on AI in New York had three cameras, controlled light and sound recorded for nuance rather than volume. The speakers had a structure, not a script, so they think on camera instead of reciting. You usually get the long-form conversation, a shorter interview and cutdowns for LinkedIn and YouTube.

How long does a corporate film take?

It depends most on diaries and the review chain. Nevis × Focus went from Mark Swan’s first email to the shoot in 12 days, and from the shoot to the final film in 22. Miro’s crew loaded in at Endava’s headquarters 30 days after Miro’s first email. Legal review goes into the schedule on the first day, not the last week.

Do you work with agencies?

Yes. Agencies bring us in to produce for their clients, and plenty of companies skip the agency and come straight to us. Either way you deal with the people making the film. For agencies and in-house teams with their own edit, a shoot-only day in the UK is £2,690.

Are you insured to film in our offices and on site?

Yes. We carry £10m public liability and £10m employers’ liability, and risk assessments and NDAs come as standard. We’ve filmed on live London sites for JA Brooks and inside Endava’s City headquarters for Miro. The policies are on our insurance and compliance page.

Got a corporate film to make?

Send us the brief, or just the news, the date and who has to sign it off. We’ll come back with a treatment, an estimate and a timeline, and that part costs nothing. Our team reads every brief within 2 working hours.
