We’ve just released a new testimonial film created with AimHi Earth and PepsiCo EMEA—showing how live, interactive learning turns pep+ principles into everyday action across teams, languages, and time zones.
Here Now Films worked closely with Sarah Humphrys (CEO & Co-Founder, AimHi Earth) and the PepsiCo team to translate a complex, global programme into a punchy, approval-ready story designed for enterprise audiences. If you’re exploring a corporate video production brief in London that needs to be both inspiring and compliance-friendly, this is a strong example of how we work.
What the film covers
- Why facts alone don’t change behaviour—and how storytelling, interactivity and human connection do.
- How AimHi Earth’s cohort-based, multilingual training built shared language and confidence fast.
- Signals of impact: high engagement in live sessions, practical on-the-job actions, and rollout across 20+ EMEA countries—including feedback like “the best training I’ve had in 22 years.”
How we made it (in brief)
We built the script by reviewing PepsiCo Positive (pep+) source materials and writing clear story pillars (challenge → approach → training at scale → results). Those pillars became beats for interviews and edit structure. Because this is a blue-chip environment, we aligned legal/comms up front, language, geography labels, examples and imagery, so approvals were smooth later. The final cut is YouTube-first with chapters, brand-aligned graphics, and supportive live-session visuals to keep momentum and clarity.
Why it matters
Sustainability at enterprise scale is a team sport. The film shows how investing in people—giving them shared language, confidence and practical tools—creates the conditions for consistent, day-to-day decisions that ladder up to strategy.
